Leanne Curtis

Vice President - Operations

Leanne began her career at Atrium Executive Business Centers after being in the healthcare profession in Phoenix and a Regional Manager position in Nashville. She has had a very diverse career and is very proud of her accomplishments climbing the ladder of Atrium since 2002. Leanne has been involved in many aspects of the business since her start but has earned her title of Senior Vice President of Finance as well as taken on the role of Manager at our Richardson location.

Kim Permenter

Vice President - Finance

Kim began her career with Atrium Executive Business Centers in January of 2007. As Vice President, she currently leads and maintains both of the two Ft. Worth locations. Kim began her career in the banking industry and was employed in multiple roles over a 15 year period, including branch manager. Prior to joining Atrium, she served three years as a district property manager for a nationwide company. With Kim's detail-oriented skills and vast customer service experience, she strives for excellence with each and every client.

Crystal Stone

Vice President - Marketing

Crystal has earned titles as both head of Human Resources and Manager of our Allen location. After attending the University of North Texas in Denton, Crystal earned 8 years experience in customer service, marketing, brand management, and public relations before beginning her career with Atrium. Crystal has been a valued team member since April 2008.
